On 420, an annual, unofficial holiday celebrating the cannabis plant, many marijuana enthusiasts pay homage to their favorite herb — by smoking it.

This year it was no different. Thousands of people gathered at Hippie Hill in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on Saturday, April 20, to celebrate 420. However, the gathering at Hippie Hill came at a cost. According to a San Francisco Chronicle report, park goers left the city with a $10,000 clean-up bill.
