Tuesday night at approximately 10:40 p.m., a three-alarm fire broke out at 32 West Portal Ave. and continued to spread to two neighboring businesses, according to an official press release from the Mayor’s office this afternoon.

A roof collapsed damaging several nearby buildings after a late night fire in West Portal, according to local authorities, the SF Chronicle reported.
The blaze was first reported around 10:45 p.m. on the 30 block of West Portal Avenue, according to San Francisco Fire Department,

Fire fighters responded to a fire alarm at the Mary Park Hall dorms at approximately 1:50 p.m. Tuesday.
No fire was detected and the building was not evacuated, according to Battalion Chief Lorrie Kalos.
