A woman died from stab wounds sustained in a domestic violence incident on Chester Avenue.
Police responded to the unit block of Chester Avenue at 2:11 p.m. and transported the female victim and male suspect to the hospital.
The male is being treated for what appears to be self-inflicted stab wounds.
SFPD Homicide Detail is still investigating.
