Yesterday marked the 34th anniversary of Supervisor Harvey Milk and Mayor George Moscone’s death. Among the crowd that flocked to City Hall to commemorate the assassinations of Milk and Moscone were former Mayor Willie Brown, Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, Mayor Ed Lee and Moscone’s youngest son, Jonathan Moscone. Speeches were held at the afternoon vigil, which were shortly followed by a performance from the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus.
