At 5:30 a.m. most people are still fast asleep, but for the groundskeepers at SF State, the work day has already begun.
Baudelio Enriquez, Erasmo Flores, Juan Torres and Ricardo Martinez combined have more than 40 years of experience maintaining the SF State landscape.
They look out for broken branches laying on the many paths that makeup the campus, mow the lawns where many students take naps, read books and eat their lunches. They keep the campus clean.
