Kenneth Collins was announced as the new ASI president this morning, April 12.
In addition to the presidential position, another 18 positions were announced including vice presidential positions and other representatives at large.
The voting capped off a week filled with events where the candidates could present their platforms to the student body.
“It’s amazing because I worked so hard for this and I have been a part of student government for four years now and this is kind of the culmination of all of that,” said new ASI President Kenneth Collins, “If you would’ve asked me a year ago if I would ever run for president it would have been a resounding ‘no,’ but here I am now, the new ASI President.”
The new 2014 ASI Board of Directors results were announced at the Noise Complaint Dance held in the Annex.
