A man was non-fatally shot in the head today while walking southbound on Ashton St., between Holloway Ave. and Head St.
The suspect is still at large, and no description has been provided yet.
The victim, who has not yet been identified is still conscious and has been transported to San Francisco General Hospital for evaluation, according to Lt. Rainsford of the San Francisco Police Department.
Rainsford told Xpress that the shot grazed the right side of the man’s head and officials are still unaware of the motive.
Police received the call around 4:40 p.m., according to Rainsford and the scene was cleaned up by 6:00 p.m. Police are still on scene.
