Vanden Harris (he/him) is a staff photographer for Golden Gate Xpress, having previously been a contributing photographer. He is majoring in visual communication design. Born and raised in Oxnard, California, he started his own business as a photographer, using the move to San Francisco to dial in his craft. Harris has been the photographer for SFSU’s athletic department for the last four years. He plans to continue professional sports photography, potentially pairing it with design for athletic communications. In his free time, you can find Vanden curating playlists, working on cars or playing sports.
