Students sit-in at administration building in protest of budget cuts

More than 60 students are currently gathered at the administration building demanding a dialogue with vice president for University Advancement Robert Nava regarding budget cuts to higher education.

Nava has agreed to meet with less than 10 students in the group organized by Students for Quality Education. Approximately six students are currently discussing their list of demands in wake of the deep cuts.

Students with megaphones are announcing that the administration building is occupied and encouraging others to join in solidarity.
