SF State mens’ soccer looks for their fifth win of the season as they travel to play the Cal State San Bernardino Coyotes this Friday, Sept. 21.
The Gators’ defense may be in for quite a challenge when they face the high-octane, but inconsistent, San Bernardino offense.
SF State will look to continue with their defensive dominance as they come off a draw in their most recent game. The Gators have not allowed more than one goal to be scored on them in any of their games so far this season.
If anything is culpable for the Gators’ two draws this season, it’s their offense, which could only muster a combined two goals in both of their draws.
Cal State San Bernardino will look to add to their two-game winning streak, a stretch where their offense exploded for four goals in each contest, according to the Official Athletics Website of California State University, San Bernardino.
The Coyotes’ offense has not been impressive throughout the season. The team has a couple losses on their record where they only managed to score two goals off a combined 23 shots.
Depending on which San Bernardino squad comes to play, the Gators may see a real threat to their unbeaten season.
