SF State softball team will look to continue their winning ways against the UC San Diego Tritons in La Jolla, California at Triton softball field on Thursday, March 14.

The Gators took three out of four games against Cal State San Marcos in their last series and now have two doubleheaders on March 14 and 15.

The Gators sit at 8-8 and will look to get over .500, but Coach Alicia Reid knows this will be difficult.

“UC San Diego is always a well-coached team, fundamentally-sound team, that looks to put pressure on a defense with their speed,” Reid said. “This will be a great test for our young team to see how we stack up against one of the stronger teams in the conference.”

The Gators will look to give the Tritons (14-3) their fourth loss in conference play.
