Ashley Lyn Osorio
Ashley Lyn Osorio is a first-generation, pansexual Filipino-American from the San Francisco Bay Area. She is an International Relations major and Japanese minor. Osorio hopes to work in refugee assistance programs around the world. Prior to transferring to SFSU, she attended University of the Pacific, where she was an executive board member of their Residence Hall Association and promoted student advocacy and inclusivity. Osorio previously served as the Copy Editor and Editor-in-Chief of The Pacifican at UOP between Fall 2016 to Fall 2018. She is interested in reporting on issues within the Asian-American diaspora, foreign politics and culture-defining and shifting events.
