Cierra R Quintana is in her second capstone this summer semester as a golden gate xpress intern. Quintana is a print online major, with a labor studies minor. The ultimate goal for Quintana is to become a reporter for Good Morning America or the next CEO for Disney. Two years ago, Quintana had the opportunity to intern for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. Being able to connect with people and help others in need is what she does best. Quintana wants to continue too connect with her readers and hear their stories to get the truth.

Pamela Estrada is finishing her final semester at San Francisco State University to receive a Bachelor’s in Journalism with a minor in Race and Resistance. She received her Associates degree in Communication studies from LA Harbor College. Pamela has dabbled in coding when collaborating on web creation featuring zero waste in San Francisco. Through photo story she has featured Bay Area artist Adrian Delgado who specializes in oil painting, mosaic, printmaking, and watercolor. She has also done volunteer work for All of Us or None a grassroots organization fighting for the rights of formerly and currently incarcerated people and their families.
